I’m Haley, the face behind Haley Macciomei Photography. Let’s get to know each other!
I started photography as simply a hobby soon after my husband and I got married. We knew we wanted to have babies, and I wanted to be able to take my own, high-quality photos of all their big moments. After becoming a stay-at-home mom, I realized that I needed a second income, and I was excited at the prospect of taking the kind of photos I take for my own family for others, as well. Photography has become such a source of joy for my family as we capture all of our goofiest, happiest, and most natural moments together. My business is founded on the idea of providing the same for each and every one of my clients.
My husband and I have now been together for nine years and have been married for five, and we have two children who are our whole world: Maclin and Memphis, ages four and three. We also have a black Labrador retriever named Woodson, who is eight years old and the absolute best boy!
As for my own favorite things, I love coffee, trying new food, the outdoors, and spending as much time as possible with my family and friends. I also adore baking, shopping (for myself or for others!), doing yard work, and exploring.

What to expect when you book Haley Macciomei Photography

process
After you submit an inquiry form and indicate that you are wanting wedding photography, I will first be sure to congratulate you on your engagement and thank you for considering me to take photos of your special day. I’ll then ask you plenty of questions and get all the details -- I want to hear it all! Tell me your vision. If you choose to go forward with booking with me, I will then send you an email with pricing and a booking deposit invoice. You will also receive my wedding contract to read through and fill out at your earliest convenience. Then comes the exciting stuff: booking your engagement session and filling out the questionnaires that will help me get to know you two as a couple and ensure that I am fulfilling your vision at every turn. About one month before your wedding day, I will reach out to you so that we can create a wedding day photography timeline. This way I can make sure to capture every detail that is important to you and it will ensure that your special day goes as smoothly as possible. You will receive your photo gallery six to nine weeks after your wedding, and you will have a lifetime to enjoy them!

Soon after you fill out an inquiry form on my website, you’ll receive a warm, personal welcome and thank you from me. I’ll then go ahead and ask you some more specific questions about what kind of photos you’d like and your timeline for booking. We will also discuss pricing and deposits at this time. After I send the deposit invoice, you’ll be officially booked! Then, we will talk details about locations, outfits, and who all will be involved in your photos. The remainder of the cost of the session will be due before I start shooting on the day of your session. When we all arrive at the location, we will do some introductions and I will have some warm-up prompts for you and your family. My goal is to get you all comfortable in front of the camera. I will include plenty of playful, fun poses for you so that we can get photos of everyone acting naturally and having a blast together! After the photoshoot, I will answer any questions you have and give you a timeframe for your photos to be delivered.

$25 fee for studio sessions!
Please note that there is a $50 non-refundable booking deposit for all family sessions, and that these session prices do not include travel fees.
