I’m Haley, the face behind Haley Macciomei Photography. Let’s get to know each other!
I started photography as simply a hobby soon after my husband and I got married. We knew we wanted to have babies, and I wanted to be able to take my own, high-quality photos of all their big moments. After becoming a stay-at-home mom, I realized that I needed a second income, and I was excited at the prospect of taking the kind of photos I take for my own family for others, as well. Photography has become such a source of joy for my family as we capture all of our goofiest, happiest, and most natural moments together. My business is founded on the idea of providing the same for each and every one of my clients.
My husband and I have now been together for nine years and have been married for five, and we have two children who are our whole world: Maclin and Memphis, ages four and three. We also have a black Labrador retriever named Woodson, who is eight years old and the absolute best boy!
As for my own favorite things, I love coffee, trying new food, the outdoors, and spending as much time as possible with my family and friends. I also adore baking, shopping (for myself or for others!), doing yard work, and exploring.

What to expect when you book Haley Macciomei Photography

Wedding process
After you submit an inquiry form and indicate that you are wanting wedding photography, I will first be sure to congratulate you on your engagement and thank you for considering me to take photos of your special day. I’ll then ask you plenty of questions and get all the details -- I want to hear it all! Tell me your vision. If you choose to go forward with booking with me, I will then send you an email with pricing and a booking deposit invoice. You will also receive my wedding contract to read through and fill out at your earliest convenience. Then comes the exciting stuff: booking your engagement session and filling out the questionnaires that will help me get to know you two as a couple and ensure that I am fulfilling your vision at every turn. About one month before your wedding day, I will reach out to you so that we can create a wedding day photography timeline. This way I can make sure to capture every detail that is important to you and it will ensure that your special day goes as smoothly as possible. You will receive your photo gallery six to nine weeks after your wedding, and you will have a lifetime to enjoy them!

Six-hour wedding that includes an online gallery of 800+ edited images with copyrights | Starting at $3,000
Eight-hour wedding that includes an online gallery of 1000+ edited images with copyrights | Starting at $3,700
Nine-hour wedding that includes an online gallery of 900+ edited images with copyrights | Starting at $4,000
Ten hour wedding that includes an online gallery with of 1,000 plus edited images with copyrights | Starting at $4,500
* prices may vary depending on location and additional fees may apply. A second shooter would be added on for an additional cost price varies between $50 to $75 per hour

When you book a session with us, you're stepping into an experience filled with warmth, joy, and meaningful connections. Let me walk you through each step so that your experience feels effortless and exciting.
The booking process is simple, you'll head over to the contact page and fill out the form. When booking a family sessions with us in can range from 1 to 2 hours depending what session you book. The time truly flys! Next you'll want to brainstorm what you'll want to wear for your session, think of timeless, eclectic, fun and most importantly comfortable. Wear what represents you and your family most. for your session feel free to bring along blankets or props that are meaningful to you and your family. With little ones I work hard to make it fun by being silly behind the camera, and building connections with them!! We work hard to keep the flow of the session going smoothly. The start of your session will be a breeze, we will take a moment to get to know each other before we get started. Once we start, you will be guided by a prop or pose to start the session, it might feel awkward at first but We truly believe in trusting the process. Our goal for each session is that you an your family truly have such a good time together creating laughter, holding your little ones, just loving on each other. Think about what you hope to look back on one day, and how you would want your family to be remembered. Rest assured, they are going to turn out great! I can't wait to share your photos with you!

Please note that there is a $50 non-refundable booking deposit for all family sessions, and that these session prices do not include travel fees.
